Sinai Divers
Still attached to the Red Sea but this time in Aqaba

Petra and Rolf Schmidt moved more then 30 years ago (1974) to the Sinai Peninsula and founded the Sinai Divers. According to their website they have braches in Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab and Marsa Alam. Now they are opening their first branch out of Egypt. The new dive centre will take place in the Moevenpick Resort Tala Bay Aqaba starting in September 2009. Dive courses will be offered to the standards of SSI, PADI and Barakuda.

The 20 closeby divespots will be reached by minibus and a dinghy or by a newly built 25 metre long diving boat. A maximum of twelve persons fit on the safari boat. The managers of the new Sinai Divers branch will be Nicole and Thorsten Graebner. (jdo)
